1. In event of any products shipped being defective, the customer needs to inform us by email within 7 days of receipt of goods.

2. The defective product must be shipped back to us within 7 working days of email complaint.
3. Products returned must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for refund.
4. We will send replacement products or refund the amount due for products returned within 7 working days, after inspection and acceptance of returned goods.
